Em seu paper, "Do We Really Know that the WTO increases Trade?” (American Economic Review, 2004), Andrew Rose afirma:

Economists disagree about a lot, but not everything. Almost all of us think that
international trade should be free.

De fato, ele não conhece os economistas brasileiros ...
